Incredibly simple process really clearly explained by the member of staff. The price offered was just £400 different to the online quote, which was due to a couple of chips and a damaged front alloy, all of which was clearly explained and perfectly reasonable. The company is paying off my finance and has paid me the balance. I was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was and that the price offered was so close to the online quote. The price offered is very similar to prices I've been following on Auto Trader and I have escaped the hassle of selling privately.

Great service. Ive always heard negative stories about WBAC, but the whole process went without any issues. I got less than origionally quoted, but I understand why and the quote I had from another company was £250 less than what I got today.

They aren’t we buy any car at all, took my vehicle to them this afternoon, absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle, in prestine condition as agreed by the inspector, for him to go through his checklist and tell me that they can’t purchase the car due to the previous garage not having a fore court, so just be careful before taking your car there as “we buy any car” clearly isn’t true.

We had an appointment at 3pm and when we got there, someone else was waiting and they had an appointment at 2.40. They never answered our phone. Nobody picked the phone. What a waste of time and petrol. They seem like a scam just beware of them. Should have checked the review on Google their review isn't good at all. They never got back to us. What a terrible customer service.
