Really bad company!! Avoid, avoid!! Rude and threatening!! Got me to pay a deposit to find out he’s totally listing items misleading. The car we viewed was suppose to have good condition components but no this was rusted all underneath. The car had clearly Been hit 3 times in different spots!!

My Dad purchased a car from here and is delighted with it. The customer service was fantastic and is now under new management. We would definitely recommend motors 4 Cash and would buy from them again.

This company is falsely advertising there cars!! The owner is aggressive, staff will lie to cover for him so you can’t ask a refund. He lists on eBay so you can’t remove the listings or report them. I showed eBay everything I had but because the deposit was not done via PayPal as he said his business don’t have a PayPal, so paid direct into their bank. So the listing is still on eBay and they will not remove even though I proved the car was in a bad way. The goldish space cruiser plate dk54 has completely rusted underneath and has clearly been hit about 5 times, one from behind, one on the side bad and has been popped out. I think the chassis is bent slightly too but couldn’t confirm this without a garage overlook. They state slight dings which I expected from its age, bearing in mind my last car was a write off re done up I would have been happy but this car is possibly dangerous. I had to speak to owner, staff said no sorry he wasn’t about as wasn’t in the area, I said that’s fine I will wait and suddenly within 15mins he was there shouting at me for being on his forecourt because I was asking for a refund for falsely advertising. Then got aggressive and up in my husbands face! I do have all photos , bank statement and evidence that this car in a bad way. Please please do not trust this owner, I really wouldn’t want anyone to loose there lives due to his neglect by not stating it’s been in bad accidents

Well don't know what all the fuss is about I have recently bought a Porsche Cayenne from Motors4cash I viewed the car with a mechanic we test drove it no pressure to buy the car was as described on advert .I found Peter the owner very pleasant met his wife who was lovely ,Jonathan his sales executive was on hand also very helpful I would certainly do business with him again .I gave a £250 DEPOSIT and arranged to pick up Porsche the following week I arrived early but transaction was smooth and we left within the hour .We drove back to the Isle of Wight with no issues I put the car in for Mot as it was due lt passed with no advisories and I am very pleased ,Peter is a very kind genuine person and goes the extra mile to help folks .He is there to help but if you are rude you will not be tolerated second hand cars can develop faults at anytime and that's why you should take advantage of buying a warranty and join the RAC .I wish everyone peace and happiness and Happy motoring ..Regards John ..

LEGAL PROCEEDINGS ONGOING - AVOID! Purchased a car advertised by this lot on eBay, but the car was owned by a family member. They had advertised the car as "simply the best example“ ”starts & drives perfect“. Car cost £16,400, I had the car delivered to me and the car drove 10 miles on the first run of owning it before it locked up and wouldn't start. After investigation the engine was removed and the engine block and crankshaft was completely destroyed and beyond repairable due to a main bearing issue leaving me with the car needing a full replacement engine. On top of the £16400 I'm now out a further £5500 on repair bills and over 2 months without a car bearing in mind this engine failure happened the first day I got the car. I've tried contacting both Motors 4 cash who advertised the car and the family member who was the previous owner, but they're both unwilling to accept any responsibility hence why I've now escalated the situation to a solicitor as I've explored all avenues myself and can't reason with these people. Everyone do yourselfs a favour and take your business elsewhere as you'll only have heartache here. Looking at previous reviews here and I'm not the only one that's being caught out by them unfortunately, only wish I had done my research on them prior to buying.

Beware, after sales service is non existent, despite several attempts to contact them, I am still waiting for the service history I was promised for the vehicle I bought 4 weeks ago.

I have bought cars from here on 2 occasions and cannot fault them in anyway the customer service was of the highest order, on both occasions the cars were in great condition and at a great price any problems found were sorted immediately without any fuss or hassle, on my 2nd purchase I was pushed for time so they even taxed it and delivered it to my home thats why I gave them 5 STARS
