Kwik Fit - Melton Mowbray

Flawless. Car developed an exhaust problem. Booked in for free exhaust inspection - issue diagnosed in 5 mins. Replacement parts ordered and available next day. Car dropped off at 0900, fixed by 0950, only back box required replacing so cost was half the worst case quote I was given. Won't hesitate to use again.

Cant fault them turned up with a tyre they fitted a couple of weeks earlier with a faulty valve they looked at it straight away replaced the bit and that was that 15 mins very courteous aswell 👍

Martin and the lads were fantastic !!
I got a puncture late afternoon last Friday. Kwik Fit Melton were the closest to me so I rang them to explain my predicament. Martin was great and said he would hang on and wait for me to arrive so they could get my tyre replaced.
I managed to get enough air in my tyre and limped into their garage just on closing time, but the lads were great and changed my tyre within minutes even though they should have been on their way home.
Fantastic service and so refreshing to have a garage that are prepared to go that bit extra for a customer.

Needed two of my tyres changed and booked a slot online.
Really quick service, 35/40 mins.
However, I was laughed at and made to feel stupid for not knowing the difference between balancing and aligning the tyres. Alignment was an extra £50 and I was never explained the difference, thankfully I could ring a friend to advise what was needed.

Called in with a flat tyre 1 hour later puncture fixed and on my way. Could not ask any more for a drop in service. Glad they had the time to squeeze me in. The blokes that served me were very polite and efficient. Thank you so much will definitely recommend oh and a great price aswell.

Worst worst worst experience
They spoiled my car everything was fine before, I booked my service and they done it in 1 hour but haven't done anything I told them what I need and very confidently said we will do but when I reached nothing I feel I spoiled my 270 pounds worst service ever and my car was fine I drive London , Birmingham everywhere never any problem come but after service just after 3 miles drives my car gives black smoke they broke the pipe it was fine I have done the tracking just 1 month ago everything was fine with there mistake they broke it and gave my car back, really hurt my feelings

Polite, knowledgable staff. Warning of worst case scenario - maximum cost if discs and pads needed to be replaced. Got on with the job soon after I arrived (it was a pre-booked appointment). Seemed genuinely happy that my repairs was a long way from the worst case (broken sensor cable rather than worn brakes). Impressed that they had all the bits if a full replacement had been necessary.

Explained everything, tyre changed , in and out in 20 mins. Never used kwik fit before , had a puncture new years day, the only place open on Tues 27th Dec, I rang up and the staff were brilliant, good price and will definitely be returning. Thank you kwik fit melton Mowbray
