Fast, speedy and efficient service.

I had to call recovery as my car wouldn’t start, found out my car needed a new battery.

Kwik Fit in Ashby had the part in stock and could fit me in within the hour.

The staff there were really friendly and I’ve now booked in for a full service with them.

Used the Kwik Fit Ashby garage several times in the past & have always received excellent friendly service this week when I really needed a Kwik turnaround they pulled out all the stops and got be back on the road fast, many thanks

I've been a number of times over the years.
If I book online, I'm always happy. They do the job quickly.
If I'm a walk in, I always have the feeling I'm being over-charged. Tyres are definitely cheaper online compared to when you call up, they freely admit that, so always book online.
I do think some Kwik fits try to take you for a ride, especially if you're female. I've never had this problem with the one in Ashby.

Popped in on the off chance of emergency assistance due to valve fault on tyre and could not inflate (psi @ 5). The chap who assisted was very polite and super efficient and offered the best customer service I had in ages! Many thanks you guys are the best

Bought tyres on line in Black Friday sale & booked fitting slot - tyres already & waiting all fitted on time tracking checked with printed report - no issues no extras very friendly helpful staff 👍

This branch delivers a great customer experience. I have had to take my car there twice this month and on both occasions various different team members were welcoming, courteous and professional. The Ashby team has been consistently excellent for several years now and in my experience, this is rare these days.

I am disabled and really struggled to get up the slope to try and ask someone to look at my tyres and the one they fitted just before Christmas and was told could not look at them until Sunday . Terrible service
