Before work, my wipers weren't working on a rainy day! This was the nearest garage to my flat. They had found the problem (broken push rod) extremely quickly and it was all fixed in about an hour. I was able to get to work with minimum impact to my day. Friendly guys and great service.

Leaking diesel from bottom of fuel filter housing. It was on Saturday. I called at least 10 places and asked if they could fix the car. While they were all making excuses not to do it, this service point did the job in 30 minutes. Strongly recommended (Vauxhall Meriva 1.7 CDTI)

A proper independent garage you can trust! VW Tiguan needed a cambelt and water lump replacement and booked in via a third party website, unfortunately this didn't complete and they didn't have me down as being booked in. This wasn't an issue and they fit me in the same day, had it complete by the next day and all for a very competitive price. They sent me photos and showed me the physical parts that had been replaced as well which is a really nice touch, proves they are trustworthy.

All in all, would definitely reccomend and will be returning!

Exceptional customer service. They agreed to see my car at short notice to replace the cambelt. When they noticed additonal problems they phoned me up to let me know and give me a price. Being ignorant on these matters and somewhat paranoid about being taken advantage of (this being my first experience with this garage) I asked for additional clarification on the issues. They gave me a full run-down of what was wrong and sent me pictures of the faulty parts. When I came to pick up the car they showed me the offending components and explained what happened and why so much needed doing. This was on a week when they were a man short and super busy which illustrates the care and attention these guys give their customers. Moreover, despite being a man down they were able to sort my car out within a day, even with the unanticipated extra work to do. In the end, they also gave me the best price availible in exeter according to the quotations I acquired online. All in all I had an excellent experience with this garage and I highly recommend them.
