Booked a MOT here a few weeks back online. No email or text confirmation so rang them 3 days ago and was advised that I didn't have a booking with them. Then today received a text saying my MOT was in 1hr. Not expecting this my partner rang them to confirm this whilst I finished my breakfast and got dressed. Then on arrival waited for the MOT tester to finish chatting to a couple and then him checking my booking before been told I was 1 minute too late. When I explained the situation I was met with the "it's more than my job's worth, I have a family and mortgage".
So will take my custom elsewhere. Thanks for messing me about!

Great option to obtain a MOT test with honest results. MOT only, and not a company looking to find unnecessary repairs. Me and the family have used for 10 plus years with 90% pass rate. Never disappointed if it fails, there's a reason for it.

Straightforward easy place to take your car for its MOT. Friendly staff, easy to find and near enough to shops etc if you need a walk while you wait. Easy to book and kept up to date by text.

Brilliant service. The MOT was complete in just over 30 mins, and the staff are really helpful.
