Friendly and helpful service. Got my new tyres and they fitted them the same day. Reasonable price with the tracking, pressure and balancing. And easy to find. Well done Tyre Pros, pros indeed.

Took my car there for 2 rear tyre replacements as advised by another garage on a major service. They spotted that I had a completely snapped rear coil spring and my brake pads were super worn. Something that you'd think would have come up on my major service. I was skeptical so I wandered down and they were very honest and showed me exactly what they were talking about. There's this stigma around garages that they "find" or "make" problems to garner more money. I think the latter part is true where they charge more than normal cause your car is kind of "stuck" there and they offer those bloated prices on the phone so you'll say yes to avoid the inconvenience of shopping around etc. But I doubt they would break or snap a coil spring on purpose.

I guess only mechanics who work in garages will know the sacred truths. But for someone like me who can't be bothered to go and get a degree in mechanics or do apprenticeships, I have to trust them not to do something so vicious. I shopped around and got the repairs elsewhere for much cheaper so always worth doing. Marked 4 star due to the prices offered really but the service, efficiency and "seeming" honesty was great.

First time I've used them and won't be the last. Great value. When I went to pay, realised my credit card expired the day before. They were very understanding given I was a new client and allowed me to go home and get my new card.

Motability customer used Tyre Pro for the first time today, excellent service, friendly, sorted more than I went in for. Extremely pleased with the service and will definitely be back again.

Fantastic service from the guys. I managed to get myself a flat tyre on my bicycle and typically had no pump with me. Called in on the off chance that they might be able to help me re-inflate my tyre and they were only too happy to help. Cheers guys.

I was in need to replace my brakes pads and they we very quickly in sorting it out and very honest within the price given I can definitely recommend it.

As I was told about this kind of service can be a bit tricky but this guys here were very professional

Came over to Cheltenham for a day and unlucky enough to have a leaky tire valve. Thankfully I found this place, although I came over late afternoon they managed to check it out and fix it for me. Great service and lovely people. Would definitely recommend.

The best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. Neil went above and beyond to give me impartial advice with no expectation and in the middle of heavy snow too! He was the singular reason I got home to London that day, and was friendly and professional throughout. A true gem. Thank you again :)
