Horrendous. Just picked up my car from jacks Hill garage after a service and there was a 10 inch crack in the windscreen. I saw it after 30 seconds, and called them when I got home and was told it was there when I dropped the car off! This wasn't a chip, it was a massive crack so it was clearly not something I would miss. I asked the guy why he didn't mention it and he said he assumed I knew. I asked specifically "how was the car?" when I picked it up and he said "fine".

What is most ridiculous and galling is that I have been using these guys for 5 years and they were ok. Must be new management. God knows if they even did a service at all.

DO NOT USE. COWBOYS.

Very good, trust is everything, and they are good.
I use every time, they deserve to do well.

MOT Test only. Booked while-u-wait for 11am had to wait until 11.30 but other than that a satisfactory service.

If you want poor service who’s extremely unhappy this is the place to go. Guy that wears the red suit doing MOT’s has never heard of customer service and doesn’t know what being polite is. Was told to bring my car down on a allocated day at a allocated time to be turned away and to come back the next day even though when you walk in there is a sign to book appointments so your never waiting around. The rest of the workers might be professional and give good service but due to him being the face of the business to me I will now never recommend them to anyone.
