Kwik Fit Plus - Chelmsford

I took my Fiat 500 in to refit a new tyre. The guys were so knowledgeable and kind and explained my tracking was out at the front re 2 bald tyres which they changed and sorted the tracking.
The guys were all so helpful phoning me through the process to keep me updated.

Very nice staff to deal with and a professional service provided.
Would have been a 5 star rating but for a couple of minor issues when we collected the car. Tyre pressure warning system had not been reset and a wheel axel cap was missing.

Had 2 new tyres fitted including alignment. Unfortunately, steering wheel now isn't centred.
Also just noticed one of the centre caps for the wheels is still on the (changed) spare. Need wheel wrench to sort out as spare bolted to rear door on the car.

Vicky advised me my appointment may just be running just about 10 mins late. Fine by me, it's nice to be told. Staff explained the work that needed doing and what the price would be. All staff there were friendly.

Several years ago I had a nightmare experience with witham kwik fit I was unsure about using them again, I am glad I did, wheel alignment and balance check was done free and they balanced my wheel free as well. Great service from a great team. Thank you.

Recently took my car into this London Rd depot as I had concerns about a brake noise. Very impressed with management and mechanics….attitude and knowledge….who took time to check out the problem and explain it to me. I’ll definitely use this branch again.
