Amazing service. When it comes to car issues, I always feel a bit apprehensive as a single female, but all the mechanics couldn't have been more polite and helpful. They were able to fit me in with 2 hours notice on a busy Saturday morning. Job (door hinges had come loose) was done in 10 minutes and there was no charge. I was a first time customer but will definitely be returning in the future. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service, they did my mercedes mot quickly and efficently. The vehicle failed but they carried out a repair immediatly and at a great price. Express were very good explaining to me the fault which i did know about. I understand mechanics well and am fussy who works on my vehicles. Express Maidstine offer a friendly services and i recomnend them.

Very unprofessional attitude.I had an appointment reserved for M.O.T and servicing.They kept my car for 5 hours and when I went to pick it up they told me that they didn't have time to service it, only for the M.O.T.

Absolutely rubbish service they,book you in for an appointment but don't remind you or call you would never use them again

If you want to waste your time book here!!!! Booked online to have my car MOT for 6pm- turns out they actually close at 6 although it’s still an option online and was only a request so I called to book my MOT in for this morning at half 8 as it expires tomorrow- outside at half 8 and there still closed, even at 8:40, no one to answer the phone as called multiple times, absolute time wasters and pisstakers, don’t waste ur time booking here, absolute jokers.

Forget about the main chain extras and headaches.
Always go here for years.

If you don't pass the mot, come back ten days later with it fixed and there's no surcharges and you have an MOT.

Also these guys don't add on uneccessary extra work like the main chain managers who get their work experience boys to do all the work as they specialise only in MOT's and have a solid long term workforce of decent experienced fellows.
