Kwik Fit - Dartford

Staff are nice and friendly they come and have a chat with you instead of ignoring you. Nice clean place to sit and wait.the staff really look after your car. Feels like you are in first class. This is the second time I’ve gone there for my tyres and it’s a great place. And you always get a parking space well I have anyway.

Tried to book, Oil and Filter change was quoted 220£ over phone by Chris, while on the website was showing £121 for the same service. Shocking, Rip off.

Horrible experience.
Brought my car into Dartford, Saturday for a tyre change due to a puncture, they told me to come in the following day 14:30. Went back on the following day they removed the tyre told me I needed a new tyre and they had none on stock. I asked them to repair it they said it was unrepairable. Went to Grays branch the following day great customer service they repaired the tyre all done in 15 mins. I’ll never go back to the Dartford branch, I got the impression the receptions just did not want to assist me because it was late on a Sunday afternoon.

Great service called in today and got an appointment within the hour to get my tyre sorted. The manager Jordan was really polite and helpful he got my tyres sorted within minutes at minimal cost rest of the team were really quick and helpful. I will definitely go back again and would highly recommend

I just wanna say thank you to Jordan the manager and the team for getting my car in and out quickly, had 4 tyres and a full service! Great price and excellent service! Great customer service! Couldn't fault them at all!

Really helpful and polite staff. They have a car parking and a waiting area.On my visit I had a new tyre fitted. Which turned out to have a defect, causing a very slow puncture. The faulty tyre was replaced foc and all was well. Have always used this particular Kwik Fit and will continue to do so. Reasonable prices.

Very good visit today at Westgate Dartford, they got me back on the road safely in no time! very nice warm reception! I am very grateful that one of the technicians brought me a costa coffee while I was waiting who's name is Reece! this deserves a 5 star from myself! I will definitely be buying the round next time. Thanks!

Very poor service. Turned up for my booked appointment to change just 1 tyre, just over an hour later my car was ready. I thought it was strange that it had been parked outside the front doors when all other vehicles were parked in the parking bays. When I got home it became clear why. There was paint missing from my newly refurbished wheel. Proper sneaky. Bad KWIK FIT!!
