Had an appointment at elephant and castle but they told me I’d have a 2 hour wait even though I’d booked, so tried my luck here without a booking as it’s closer - they sorted everything out for me on the spot. Even checked my oil levels and engine coolant despite me just coming for tyre inspection/replacement, and were just so so lovely and helpful ! Thankyou !

Having made an appointment,the tyre check was timely,I was offered a choice of replacement tyres,and the fitting was expertly done.

They were ready for the car when I arrived and I was contacted in the afternoon as advised to discuss the work required.
The only issue is trying to contact the branch to confirm I wanted them to go ahead with the works required outside of the MOT and yearly service. They were very busy and I could not get through by phone. In the end they rang me late in the day, however it was frustrating not being able to contact them. I understand they were busy and short staffed. An email address for the branch would be helpful in these circumstances.

Nice and quick. Went on a Wednesday afternoon for a puncture repair, booked a slot for Thursday afternoon. The tyre was fixed within 15 minutes.
