Kwik Fit - Sevenoaks

Have always had a great experience at Kwik Fit Sevenoaks, which is rare with car garages in my experience. Matt Channel is especially kind, informative and honest about what really needs doing and when (again, I’ve found this very rare with other garages in the past who think it’s ok to treat a young woman like she’s naive and clueless about cars). Highly recommend for friendly service, honest diagnosis and good prices in comparison to other garages as well.

Matt on the front desk was very friendly, polite, explained everything and kept me informed at all times. Would 100% recommend Kwik Fit in Sevenoaks. Nothing is too much trouble for the team there. Thanks to Paul for his help, advice and quick turnaround. 5* service !

Fantastic service, exhaust broke, they ordered a new exhaust section. Showed me what they needed to do. I went for a coffee and came back all done late on A Friday afternoon

Excellent service across the team. Specifically over the phone booking me in at short notice to fix an issue with the lights. But also in explaining why I can't get in for a full service for a couple of weeks (my take: they're good, therefore busy). Happy to wait for good service. No pun intended.

Shout out to the brilliant team at Kwikfit, who are always helpful & friendly, with a quick turnaround. They explain clearly what they think needs fixing (if I’m unsure, they show me on the computer) and always reasonable. I never feel pressured, they listen and advise on budget. I use them for new tyres, MOT and servicing now too. And it’s refreshing as a woman, that they treat you as an absolute equal (from experience, in this particular industry, this is all-too-rare)

The team here are professional, helpful, friendly and flexible. I only used them for the first time a few months ago but I've needed a few tyres since then. Each visit has actually been a really friendly and enjoyable experience, as well as a great job and accommodating wherever they can. Get the feeling that they take pride in the whole experience being positive.Which is why while these guys are here, I'm not going anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant service. I really appreciate that they managed to squeeze me in when I was in a bind, and did thorough tests to find out what was wrong. The manager was really friendly and highly communicative and kept me up to date throughout. All the team are really professional and friendly and did a fantastic and speedy job. Thanks so much!
