On a weekend trip to the UK they helped me out hassle free. Nice staff that know what they are doing.
Had been to 7 other garages before to be sent away due to them being booked out.
If I'd live there Mustang Motors would have me as a regular customer!

Friendly customer service, much cheaper than anywhere else in the area and most importantly you do not have to make an appointment just turn up when your car needs attention when they are open. They are simply happy to help you. Quality of service is very good but only my reservation is they takes their time when they need, especially more complicated issues apart from that any minor faults no problem at all. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic, we come all way way from Biggin Hill and New Romney to use them. I have had a problematic car, mustang have always sorted the issue with my car swiftly and are very reasonably priced and have a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere... Will always use now and highly recommend. Donna.

On my family emergency trip to Poland just before boarding the ferry I had the AC compressor in my Grand Voyager stalled which has lead to auxiliary belt burning. I could not postpone the trip, the fastest service offered by others was 4 days and the prices asked were doubling the value of my car (yes, my car was old). Mustang Motors managed to by-pass the AC using a shorter belt (over the few hours of their work they tried almost a dozen) and having checked the rest of the car have sent me off my road safe. For all that time, creative approach and professionalism they charged me as if that was a standard belt change… my best experience with mechanics EVER, can not recommend them more.

Car was running fine before it went to mustangs. Booked in for service £450 later car done but came out with engine management light on, and car running rough. Went back and had some pipes moved? Came back out but this time worse. Went back in again was charged another £200 for some manifold work now needed.
Car still running rough and is now booked into another garage to sort out these mechanics screw up. Beware of these amateurs.

Excellent customer service. Definitely will be using these guys again fast efficient service.

Very professional and competitively priced

Had a fuel leak on way to eurotunnel- total panic. Called them from motorway explaining emergency and they not only fitted us in late in the afternoon, they proceeded to ordering and fitting the part, test driving it thoroughly, and stayed on one hour after their closing time! Amazing service, really pleased.
