Halfords Autocentre Folkestone

Excellent service from all the team in Folkestone. Special thanks to Jody who is always very helpful and friendly and for Chris who explained everything so well about the work my car needed. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Thank you!

I paid for a Major Service and MOT. The car was dropped off and kept for three days due to how busy the garage was. They found two areas for concern and didn't contact me to see if I would pay for the repair or even contact me to tell me the car had passed its MOT and was ready for collection. I also do not believe all 77 checks were performed. I am now having to use another Halfords garage from a different location because I do not trust the Folkestone one is professional enough.

After having a great experince with Halfords motor shop yesterday where they saw a screw in one of my tyres I have had the same customer experience at the autocentre. Go and see Jody who will warmly welcome you and guide you through what you need and require. The tyre was fixed in good time and my invoice also showed me when my service and mot is due which is a good reminder as I need a service. I will be back there for my service.

AirCon refill done. Easy and helpful, price charged as advertised. Only thing was booked in at 11am but wasn't ready till 2pm, which is an hour over the estimated time.

This is a lovely place to be to get your new bicycles.
The staff is cool. The only challenge is to try to eat and drink moderately cos no toilet in there except you use the nearby restaurants.

This was probably the first time I've been to a garage where the person manning the front desk was cheerful and engaging. The whole interaction was a pleasure from start to finish!

My mot was due on the 24th Jan and it failed as I knew it would.
They fixed the problem the following day and retested. (It passed)
The service was quick and affordable and my car feels so much better to drive.
The staff especially one young lady called Jodie was amazing, kept me updated the entire time my vehicle was there and was very friendly throughout the process.
I will be using them for everything in the future and really do recommend!
