Kwik Fit - Croydon - Mitcham Road

Called up to see if they could fit in a battery for me on my vw golf. Spoke to Paul, told me to bring in the car same day. Arrived there , battery was fitted in no time and can I just say that it was busy and there was only 2 of them working and Paul still kept a smile on his face, Excellent customer service. The customer service I repeatedly experience at Micham Road is top class. These guys truly understand how to look after people. I drive out of my way to go to this garage because I know the standards are set and maintained at the highest level.

I trust my local Kwik-fit, its service, branch manager, and competitive costs as well as online booking system. Plus giving business to my local branch is ethical. They always provide a satisfactory MOT for my vehicle, and advise what needs to be fixed as a prevention for future.

They always help us and fix things in a timely manner. Sometimes it’s a little bit pricier than a local off brand mechanic, but for us it’s worth it as we know we are getting quality parts and repair.

They always check our tire pressure etc for free as well!

It was that time of the year when following a routine inspection of my cherished Audi RS6 I noted that I was in need of 2 new front tyres and after doing a online google search, my local Kwik-Fit in Croydon came up with the best value and range of tyre options.

I entered my registration and it came up with my tyre sizes, although these did not match the 20-inch (ouch!!!) tyres fitted on my vehicle and recommended the smaller 19-inch option.

Whilst the price of these beast of a tyre were the price of a small family saloon, they were still the most affordable option and with a choice of Continental, Yokohama and Pirelli, I ended up going with the Pirelli P-Zero option.

On arrival at the Mitcham Road site with a pre-booked appointment and tyres paid for online I was seen right on time, handy as patience is not a virtue I have yet acquired, and met by Paul.

Not only was the service professional but they also included wheel alignment and advised me of a slight oil leak from one of the front shock absorbers, putting the vehicle up on the ramp so I could get a photo of the offending absorber.

Great service and friendly team I am very particular with who I let loose on my ride, so big respect to the Kwik Fit Team for being Professional, Prompt and Polite.

Excellent prompt service to deal with nail in a rear tyre. Tyre successfully repaired, for a reasonable price.
