Let’s start with the beginning .. I booked a mot yesterday and i just arrived there where I meet a guy on the reception where he was telling me the mot will take around one hour .. I left my car there with the keys and after 1 hour I was back there .. the guy with the big hair(because he didn’t want to tell me his name) he was informed me that it will take more time , I said “fine but it’s possible to stay inside because outside it’s raining heavily “ he said “ because covid you cannot stay inside “ I replied to him “ I’ll stay in this corner and I’ll don’t disturb nobody “ ... he didn’t want it and he throw me as a dog without umbrella, outside in the rain and nobody was inside . I didn’t say nothing and i was waiting outside, all the mot was taking 1:30 hours..

They said they followed the rules against Covid but the sanitaiser from their table is dirty ... sorry not dirty, having some oil .. but his doesn’t count.. and plus they don’t wear the mask inside

The mechanic was finding something that for me didn’t was an issue but they trying to scrape some money from you .. I failed the mot because of tyres .. they searched and at the end they tell me it will be around 130£ one tyre so I suppose to change all 3 but they said it will be more better to change all 4 .. (today i found 3 tyres for 70£ each)

During my staying outside in the rain I was waiting where the cars entering so I could see what mechanic was doing to my car , when he was taking down from the elevator my car he didn’t care so he hit the car with snout .

Another thing they found said there’s a drain of oil but 2 weeks ago i had a problem with my pump water so I changed, but seems like they don’t have experienced people to see that and just scrape you for money how I said ... This is the reason on their reception table they have flyers with “we are looking for mechanics”

My car doesn’t have nothing , just trying to avoid them and found another service.. If I could give you guys 0 ⭐️, I would do it .. thanks for nothing

We realised yesterday morning that one of our headlights was out on our Fiat 500. We took it to Halfords and they sorted it out straight away and couldn’t have been more helpful. Fast, friendly service and great value!

Turned up before they opened to hopefully get a walk in MOT. Gentleman setting up for the day explained there fully booked. Can't complain. Looks like a well run place.

Always very helpful. My bonnet was stuck shut and they kindly opened and lubricated the catch.

Very good, the prices are good and they have fixed prices for services.

Really friendly and helpful staff members. I had booked to have my tyres changed today and Kevin was extremely helpful today in both the drop off and collection of my vehicle. I'm not the best versed when it comes to cars but on both my visits this week Kevin and Paul were extremely helpful :) I will definitely continue to use this garage in the future
