MCS Garage

Went to view a car with my son, we scanned the car for faults. Told the owner that the CAT was below efficiency and because of this it would not pass an mot. So he assured us he we get it sorted and put 12 months mot on it. He took the car to MCS who passed it without having a new cat or even repairing the 3 inch crack in the CAT. We only found out when we picked it up had it checked. This is the emissions test results. As you can see all in the RED… fail ! Stay clear of these people. DVSA now will investigate! Dodgy to say the least. Tried talking to them but to no avail.

I cannot stress enough how amazing their service has been! I went in for a very big job to be done to my car and they have absolutely went above and beyond to find a difficult part which other garages could not find for me. I had nearly lost all hope but MCS Garage sourced it! Everything was perfect, even the communication I've had throughout. A very big thank you to the Owner/Manger and his team for looking after me.
Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed and I will certainly be going there from now on for any future vehicle requirements.

I have never ever seen a garage as bad as this

Firstly my first ever visit there this particular techcian was smoking in side the garage .

We have given them our car to repair they had it for over 3 months and still can't fix it same excuses all time we are waiting for part's or its ready on Monday, when Monday arrives it be read Wednesday, Wednesday arrives it be ready Friday so onand on full of lies and excuses will be reporting them .

And stay well away from this garage

I brought my car to MCS Garage with notes from AA. Mamood told me to leave it with him it will get sorted out after a week of waiting to hear from him, I had to ring him he said he was waiting for the part, after 2 weeks waiting I asked him for the name of the part so I could help ring around, he said he would send me the details once he gets back to the garage he never did. I rang back few days later, Mamood said it will be ready at the end of the week, the end of the week came I rang the garage, I was told Mamood as gone on holiday for a week. My car is still outside MCS garage they are now ignoring my phone calls.

Brought my car in with dents in the door , They was able to repair the door and have it looking brand new , Very happy with the service. They kept me informed about what they was doing and worked to my deadline to get my car back to me .

MCS has been looking after our cars in an outstanding way.

These are expensive cars, with tri-coat paint.

And yet, the work has been outstanding with no issues.

We have made it our official bodyshop in the south east for our cars.

This place and their staff are amazing! Definitely recommend. I had an big exhaust issue that needed to be sorted. They put it on the ramp and checked it. They then advised me with a few options. In the end they fixed the car on the same day. Kept me informed of the job progress and catered to me picking the car up after hours. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you

I'm completely shocked for the speed and the professional quality of the job done. This family run business has so much talent and skills that you will be amazed but the finished results. My steering wheel was not working properly and needed replacement, a job that other garages either would overcharge me for or make me wait a lifetime. MCS instead even if busy took only 2 days to find the proper piece, get the part replaced and the car serviced. I'm grateful for the job completed cause now I can go back to work without worrying about the delays and overcrowding on the TFL lines.
