Great service - would thoroughly recommend.
These guys were great, I dealt with Barzan, great guy, removed dents that I had on the side of my E Class, the work he completed was so quick and professionally. You wouldn’t even think my car had any damage previously. Very good pricing as well - over the moon, thank you all at the garage!

Had my car Mot here was recommended by my friend who’s used the garage for over 20 years. Excellent customer service, polite people, have the job done and always very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone and friends.

Passenger door was badly damaged (large dent). USF did a very good job and the car looks like new. USF quoted a very competitive price compared to others. Very friendly service.

I took my vehicle to USF garage for Service and changing some parts, they said leave your vehicle come back tomorrow to pick up, the next day I went to pick up my vehicle.
after one day the same sound and same problem started from my vehicle, and I took the vehicle back to them they were very Unpolite and aggressive!
However, by end of the day they just look at the vehicle and they said that’s it, within few days the car will be back to normal. And I asked them for invoice and old parts from my vehicle, unfortunately they refuse to give me a receipt and they said they’ve recycled old parts! Which’s that wasn’t true!

Unfortunately after one week the problem was still there, and I had to take my vehicle to different garage.
From the different garage they said, the parts never been changed and they showed me the past was very Old and greasy!

After while I saw the man who meant to be changed the parts for my vehicle in USF garage
he name’s ABDO,
And I asked him about that bad experience I had in their garage,
ABDO said, in the first place we never changed any parts from your vehicle!
I said why, but I paid for the changing new parts!
Again ABDO said, the owner of the USF garage he name's Yousuf he said do NOT change it, just fix the old one!

USF garage doing dodgy and nasty things to the customers to not give them invoices as they don’t want to show their income to tax office! That’s why they always prefer cash rather than card❗️
They play dodgy games with tax office, that’s why USF garage they been “fine” by tax office for amount of £35000 last year❗️‼️
I recommend no one take their vehicle to his garage.

Absolutely outstanding service delivered by, Ahmed. I brought my car in recently, with the exhaust being broken and he repaired to as good as new again with a very short wait.

Amazing Job by these guys, called up and told them my cover shield came off then they fixed it immediately, very fast and efficient service, Definitely recommended!

Good garage fast service. Customer seating area could be a little better located, and their abrupt attitude when asking questions can be a little itimerdating, other than that it's a in and out garage.

Update: below is a photo showing the beam tester and the MOT certificate which shows as a pass. This should not have passed the MOT. You say that you do not take "dealers commands" well I returned the car to the dealership and 2 hours later it had a new MOT pass certificate from yourselves so how else do you suppose it happened? I have reported you to trading standards. You should not be trading and should honestly be ashamed with yourselves.

They gave me a fake MOT. I presume this garage are close friends with Deal2Go. It is very clear they never laid eyes on this car. Absolutely awful. Should not be trading.

My car was taken for an MOT here after I returned it to Deals2Go as the brakes were faulty. It was given a pass with no advisories. The headlights pointed to the ground, I took it to a mechanic who put it on an MOT headlight beam tester and it was waaaaay below the bottom line and should have failed the MOt and had several advisories.
