Hounslow MOT Centre

I just want to say thank you to your wonderful staff who did my MOT at short notice for my Mercedes and a reasonable price.
They even did a reset as a gesture of goodwill. Polite staff and my appreciation to Magdella for helping out and the brilliant mechanic!

I couldn't go to my usual Garage for an MOT and was extremely anxious going somewhere new. Came across great reviews here and popped in the test centre to check it out, actually felt comfortable to book my MOT after speaking to Mo, he answered all my questions and concerns and reassured me and I have to say the service was excellent and at a reasonable price. The Beat test centre with one of the most professional staff. I was greeted by Mo who helped me to do my MOT. He fitted me in even though they were busy. After the mot was done he told me what I need to do next and also helped me with other issue. They were quick and proficient. Will defiantly do my MOT or any car issue. They fit me in last minute and after failing my MOT, the car was fixed the same day and extremely quickly. Staff are friendly and the price is good. Would highly recommend!!!

I was a loyal customer to Hounslow MOT and Service Center, but today they have not only lost one loyal customer due to their fraudulent trick, but at least 10 more customers (My 10 friends are going based on my recommendation).

I booked Servicing and MOT on 23-December-2022 at 11:00 AM (Servicing @ £95 and MOT at £35). I reached on time. The manager asked the engineer to start MOT. I waited inside as the weather was not good outside. Manager came and told me that the MOT had failed, he mentioned four major failures. He told me that it is going to cost £475 altogether now (including the spare parts + labour and obviously service and MOT again). I requested that £475 is too high and he can re-check and confirm. He came and told me this time £425. I thought to take a second opinion as I was not convinced if there were really four major failures in my car. I said I do not want to do any replacement on suggested parts and paid £35 towards failed MOT and started from there. Within 20 minutes, I got the phone call from the Receptionist saying that my manager can do it for you in £340 (altogether), however I said I do not want to replace any suggested parts of failed MOT. I went to another neary MOT centre and requested to perform MOT (without showing them the failed MOT). To my surprise the MOT was passed. I asked them to re-check and confirm if there are minor or major failures. They said there is not a single minor suggestion to change anything with this car. I was shocked and realised how Hounslow MOT and Service centre failed my MOT and tried to fraud. I am attaching both the images of Failed MOT (at Hounslow MOT and Service centre) and Passed MOT (at Seven Stars).
I lost my £35 on a fake failed MOT which was created to loot me almost £340.
Not only me but other 10 of my friends are going to avoid Hounslow MOT and Services forever. I am posting here as well to the general public to be aware of this fraud.....
