Well you always feel happy when your car passes with no problems. But also all the staff here were efficient, polite & helpful. The actual test seemed very thourough as well. So perfect MOT experience really. Thanks KwikFit.

Efficient, informative and fast service. Very grateful to them. Had a nail in my tyre, had a couple of ppl ahead of me but the wait wasn't too long. They dealt with it no problem.

I come back here time and time again because I know I will be looked after and given the best solution to my problem. When I call up and order/ make sure the tyre I need is in store I know I will get the Kwikest Fit and service! I can trust the guys to do the best and safest job for me. Thank you!

I don't see the point in booking a time slot and then still having to wait passed that time, very slow. I also requested a free battery check which was not done. Time to change the company name, drop the Kwik part.

I can't express enough how great these guys are! Extremely professional and super friendly. They give me a fair price for the work that needs to be done and that's so important when taking your car to a garage. I don’t live near by they used to be in Brentford and am sure with the new manager now I honestly would not take my car anywhere else! Thank you so much !

A solid two star score. One for my actual experience at this particular Kwik Fit branch which sadly is my local; and another star simply because It seems that feedbacks get responses from Kwik Fit which is appropriate. All I required was one tire change. Honestly just the one, one tire change. I had my car ready and the locking wheel nut in my hand. The most I waited for a single tire change was 15 minutes at the most. This pace however made me wait 1 hour! When they got round to it it took around 15 minutes; would of been quicker but the technician was dragging his feet and checking his phone. I arrived half an hour early for my appointment as I deal with any appointment. Checked myself and with the branch manager as you do and expected to wait the half hour. They came to my appointment the branch manager told me that according to his diary I was booked for 4 pm and not 3 pm. I specifically reminded him that I spoke to him over the phone not too long ago and confirmed my 3 pm appointment. Response was I have you down for 4 pm on my diary but not to worry. I wasn’t amused at all and told him double check his diary. He he told me again not to worry and that I will be seen on time. One hour after my scheduled appointment I approached him and simply pointed at the time he looked at me and said why don’t you just quickly drive your vehicle into one of the two free bays at the time. That clearly shows that he has forgotten about me and my appointment; I quickly drove my vehicle in and waited for the tire change. Now during the long hour of waiting a member of the Kwikfit team decided to have an all out public dispute with the branch manager. It was 3 minutes of pure and professionalism from both the staff and the manager a handful of other customers waiting and myself stood around on the yard looking at those to scream at each other. Free entertainment I guess. I’d put all this aside if it weren’t for the long wait. Finally the Custer seating area is filthy. And the staff are grumpy! Not one smiled! One last thing I did ask/confirm with both the manager and the technician working on my vehicle to check the tyre pressure on all four tires. When I got on the road and checked the tyre pressure on the computer I realised they haven’t checked the pressure. Mixed reading all around. Thank you BP for your tyre pumps!
