Purchased a roof rack and box and staff were super helpful, helping me get the best deal for what I needed. Easy to miss the store as it's on a junction, but couldn't recommend more highly. Staff and Manager were amazing

I’ve booked my car for Today 5th of September ( that was the nearest booking slot ) at 8:30am . Nobody has done anything to my car even though I call them 2 times over the day to check the progress and on both occasions they said they didn’t look at the car yet but promised that It will be looked at by the end of the day 100% . I went there 5 minutes before closing and guess what my car was still in the same spot like I left it in the morning untouched . Absolutely no communication from them and unprofessional . I have booked again for another Halfords next to me and hopefully the staff there are more professional .

Problem is with the cooling system they just had to do a coolant flush or to investigate the issue .

Had a break check and a diagnostics test completed.

They were very friendly, helpful and were able to fix my car and get it back to me on the same day.

As a mother with 3 kids, exactly the service needed.

Lovely staff which is why it’s 2 stars but the work was very poor, and it’s only because they’re so over booked that everything is rushed. Went for wheel alignment and it came out worse than it went in. Had to have it rectified by another garage. Steer clear of Halfords Autocentre

This place is not what it use to be... Since I got my car I always did the MOT in Haldfords Autocentre in Sumner Rd but this time I was very disapointed.... I have booked the MOT for my car at 10:10am last week online and when I arrived there they said it wasn’t at that time and it was at 12:45.. I have asked them how?? And if anyone change and they said no, they said know one changed and booking was made always at that time... I have checked my emails and showed the booking it meant to be at 10:10am and they said because I booked online I should have ring them days before to check the time... I was like how's that possible because I had always done my MOT there and booked all the time online and that never happened to me.. I had the email confirmation for that time, I paid for it and if they put me for other time they should have informed me...
And the end they did the MOT of car and it didn't pass because of a lamp, plus they gave me a big list of minor defects and advisories. Two of the advisories was the nearside and offside rear breaks pipes corroded, covered in grease or other material. How's that possible because no one have touch my car and I never took my car to a garage since I bought it.. so I gave up , I have only changed the lamp of car and took my car to other place to do the MOT. My car passed with no minor defects and with no advisories at all!!!! It's a completly joke.
Another advisory they put on it was I have an oil leak but not excessive on my car and the other place that they passed my MOT they said it wasn’t anything in there, so how?? Did the oil leak repaired it self ??

Took my car for an MOT and servicing which only took a couple of hours. Excellent customer service especially from Donna!

I had a service and MOT was very good service everyone I dealt with was very polite and it was very good value.
