Ladies, I can't recommend this garage enough a nice group of men that explain what needs to be done in a non patronising way! I have purchased a car from these guys and have my MOT's done here. A gem of a garage.

I bought a car here very recently, Mark ensured that the car was absolutely as HE would wish it if he were buying. Consequently any issues were dealt with and made right before allowing me to take delivery.
A test drive offered and naturally taken. Very pleased with the service and commitment to a quality deal shown by Mark, at the Car Sales section of this business.

Uxbrige motors have been helping us solve an issue with another car garage. They have been so kind and helpful. Mark and the rest of the team are brilliant and would highly recommend them any day of the week.

Used these guys for an MOT and Full Service on a Ford KA Plus. They were extremely thorough, efficient and honest.

Friendly, cheerful and honest service with a smile.

Our car threw a tantrum and kept going in to limp mode at random and turning on the check engine light, so I took it in for a diagnostic.

They ran the test and then came back with all of my potential options which ranged from a repair with them using either aftermarket or 2nd hand parts which might result in a trip to a 2nd garage for it to have the part synced with the computer, me replacing the part myself which would be cheaper but has the same problem, or taking it to another repair place that had the tools to do the relearn right then and there.

They looked around for the best prices on parts and offered me advice regarding the potential best option for me.

They also provided some advice on the best way to clean up my fogged headlights before I caved and took them for a full resurfacing.

I always trust a professional who advises me that I will be better off spending my money elsewhere because they don't have the tools/expertise for my needs. Those are the honest ones who want the job done right rather than just grabbing for your cash, and that honesty is what I found here.

I will be returning for any other repairs I need and will recommend them to anyone. My car will be returning in a few weeks for it's MOT too.

Oh, and it is worth noting that I am female, in my 30s and went in alone with my 20 year old skoda rustbucket. Unlike another garage I've been to in the past, they treated me well and did not talk down to me at all and did not treat me any differently to the other customers who were attended to who were male, older and had much nicer cars. These days most garages treat everyone the same but there are enough who don't that trying a new garage is still a little stressful. No worries about that here.

Great garage. Wanted a new local garage and tried Uxbridge. Great service and staff who were friendly and honest. They also saved me money not only on the quote but on work that didn't need doing. Will be using them again.
