Kwik Fit - Cambridge - Newmarket Road

Kevin was a total professional, doing a 10/10 job in a very convenient timeframe. He did this while the shop was very short-staffed and overbooked. He was very thoughtful and kind and went the extra mile.

After the cherry Hinton Kwik fit branch failed my heavily modified car mot on things that worked (no brake lights- when they clearly worked and other things) I took my car to this branch straight after and showed them the print out and Jordan had a look round and everything was fine. Once I booked it the car passed with flying colours. The guys working there were friendly and the contractor they got in for Mots was an awesome guy!

My experience here was fantastic! I was unsure of the exact issue with my car and it got a full look over despite not having booked in in advance and I got pointed to the direction of where I should begin with issues in my car. There were a few lose bits that needed tightening that I was unaware of and they got tightened and sorted out too.

A special mention to Dan, George and Dominic who were especially helpful and a great big thank you from me!

Great staff, great prices, and a very convenient location!
The only downside is the parking is a bit tight, hence the 4 stars, but this is no reflection on the good work done here.

The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. I was due to drive and see my mum, 4 hours away and despite not having a booking they fixed my brakes and also did a little check of my fluid levels as I was going on such a long journey. This is not the first time they have been helpful and although it is a little further away I always choose this centre over the Cherry Hinton one because of the staff and service levels.

Good service, although the staff could have appeared more upbeat. I put it down to post Christmas and New Year blues. No complaints regarding workmanship and the price for 4 premium tyres fitted is fantastic. Will I come back? Absolutely!

Amazing service
The drip tray came loose under our car on our journey. We stopped and the guys helped us out and we were back on the road in no time, thank you for helping. The team were AMAZING…. They were friendly, helpful and in good spirits despite it being freezing outside. Would highly recommend

There was some delay but otherwise excellent. My car chose to throw away one windscreen wiper as I drove up in dark and rain to see my family over Christmas. Thankfully my brother helped me to find a local Kwik Fit near Cambridge the day after Boxing Day. Team spent a lot of time peering at my car while me and my brother joked " they've never seen anything like it before?" 😂. But less than an hour later, 2 new front windscreen wipers fitted to my car...just as well as it poured torrents all the way on my drive home to Exeter. Thanks Kwik Fit 👍
