Nothing is too much trouble and they are so polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent repair costs and will not rip you off. Highly recommended!

Good fairly priced cars and conscientious advice.

I went to Downs Motors to enquire about some serious body work repair I needed doing amongst other bits, after my car had been vandalised. Although Downs Motors could not yet offer what I needed to get my car fixed, Dale whom I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way in order to provide me with details for someone who was able to help, and at a really good price too. Genuinely a super helpful and nice guy! My partner and I will definitely be going back for any future car troubles!

Cannot begin to give the team enough credit and thanks for what they did for me. Moved so many things around to get my car back on the road quickly. 5 stars just isn't enough. Alice, Sam and Max were amazing. Would recommend them to anyone.

I first went to Downs Motors on the recommendation of friends and family and I have not been disappointed! Booking was really easy over the phone and the team are really friendly and helpful. My car was ready earlier than expected which was great!! No waiting around, bills are easy to understand and they explain the work to you. Will definitely be coming back for my MOT and service and any other issues. Thanks guys :)

Downs Motors carried out a MOT and full service on my car. The whole process was done really efficiently and effectively at a very competitive price. Would happily use again and highly recommend. The team are great, really friendly and informative.
