Kwik Fit - Lichfield

I had tyres fitted and tracking checked today on my Fiat.
I can highly recommend the courteous and efficient service I had from all the staff.. But especially Kyle and the area manager who was visiting today.
Not only did they explain my car was tracking out of alignment but they showed me on a TV screen and did a print out for me. It was a pleasure to visit and know my car was in safe hands.

i knew my car needed new front pads so booked in for a brake check. was confirmed pads needed but also discs were at the limit. Was given a quote and agreed to go ahead and left car with them. Despite the supplier originally sending the wrong parts car was ready later in the day. Good service.

Had a new battery fitted here, stepped in the reception but no one’s there, waited for about 3mins and then finally someone notice and came in from the workshop, he’s not rude but just don’t talk much, only ask for the car key and said will phone me when he’s done, didn’t explain what he’s gonna do and didn’t really got a chance to ask some questions about the battery.
After more than an hour I decided to back to the shop and wait, when I got back the car was already park outside and ready to go, but obviously no one call me it’s ready to pickup, and that staff is already working on some other stuff, that means he’s not just finished it and ready to call me.
When he saw me just hand me back the car key and said “it’s sorted now, goodbye” and then back to his work, feels like he got no time for me.
The car is fine and drives well now, but I expected better customer service than this.

Kev and his team at Kwik Fit team at Lichfield are the best! I’ve had my car MOT there and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are reliable and efficient and explain everything to you really well. Highly recommended and fabulous service!

I had an issue with a battery replacement I had from another garage. I pulled into this branch hoping it would get sorted. The manager Kevin George was polite helpful and managed to fix the issue. As someone who travels a lot of motorway miles I feel confident now my car has had the issues sorted.

Excellent service! Very impressed with Kevin and the team. They fitted my vehicle into a busy schedule to get me back on the road quickly with new tyres, very helpful, good communication. The spare wheel, jack, locking nut etc had all been tidied away in the boot when I picked up the vehicle.

Been coming here years, built some relationships and the team here are fantastic. Young apprentice Joe is an absolute star. I had a puncture, Zen managed to squeeze me in, and Joe cracked on and showed me the repair, and even used black weights on the wheel to hide them. This is only one example of the young driven lad he is, each visit has been brilliant even when he couldn’t help. Please make sure this lad is taken care of, he will go far (Zen was also going above and beyond)

Recommended, phoned in the morning to check availability and they were able to book me in that same morning - did the work there and then and I had my car back within couple of hours. Had thought I'd be without my car for days. Kev the mechanic was very helpful.
