I have regularly taken my vehicles to the ODS group for the past 7 years and recently brought my Nissan Trailblazer in for a full service, MOT and repairs. These were all completed on the same day. The vehicle was returned to me washed and cleaned. It was excellent value for money and I was reliably consulted on any extra costs. Many thanks and well done to all the staff who were involved.

Anybody that has trucks/vans, or car to get them to work knows how important it is to minimise downtime for the vehicle!
The attention to this is important for me, as no vehicle means no earnings!
They kept me up to date with parts prices, and when I could collect my vehicle!

In spite of all the Covid issues, I was very impressed that my Citroen C1 was taken in for its MOT and service in a very timely and efficient manner.

Damaged my car during an MOT and then denied they'd done it. They have signs about honesty and respect in their office but they are happy to lie and cheat when it suits them. Their response below is a lie - their insurers declined to take responsibility. Avoid!

I have been using the facilities at the Cowley marsh workshop of Oxford direct services for over 25 years, I use them for MOT’s as well as service and repairs to our local scout groups minibus.
Work is always carried out to a high standard, promptly and extremely good value for money.
