Kwik Fit - Exeter - Marsh Barton Road

Just wanted to say what a great service Allan and his mate at Kwik-Fit gave us today. We booked in and were seen on time and helped very promptly. Would recommend this depot wholeheartedly,they got us back on the road even though it was on a Sunday and we can now make our journey tomorrow without any hassle. Thank you Allan and Kwik-Fit .

Standard of workmanship was very good, but timings left a lot to be desired. Car presented at 0830, completion expected in 45 minutes (0915) according to manager, but car not returned to me until 1020. One fitter was clearly insufficient for volume of work booked. Delays were not the fault of either the fitter or manager.

Very grateful for the stellar customer service me and my partner received from this branch of Kwik fit today. Picked up a puncture on our journey home from a holiday in Cornwall, service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately didn't catch the name of the man who served us today, thank you for all of your help and for recommendations of where to go in the area while we waited for the new tyre to be fitted. Your kindness made our cursed journey home that little bit better. True customer service.

Called in with a slow puncture to my Tesla tyre. Tesla's have a specific foam filled tyre and specific way of jacking the car up so I was unsure if KwikFit would be able to deal with it. i was greeted by Ben T who was very knowledgeable and new all about Tesla's, He sorted it in double quick time and and was friendly and efficient - Well done KwikFit Exeter I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

great service and was recommend buy Kwik Fit in Exmouth as the Exmouth Kwik Fit didnt have the correct tyre size for my car and organised that I had my new tyre fitted here

Went today 22nd jan at 10 o'clock , to be told there too busy , we were first there and the guy was very rude and abnoxious, won't be going there again.

Had to get a new battery fitted this morning and the service was friendly and very fast. Would definitely recommend, thank you 😊
