Have used these guys for last few years. We have a 10yr 207 and a 18yr old BMW and have found them friendly, affordable, honest and efficient.

Went there for Mercedes B Class Glow plug malfunction. Booked over the phone. On the day of the appointment they mentioned nothing is in their diary. Luckily agreed to do the diagnostic on my car on the same day after 4 hours. Told me its the electrical circuit fault in glow plug. Needs dealer's attention. Went to other local garage. Was sorted on changing the glow plug. Waste of my money and time. Will never go here again

Won't be back. 2x mot failures 14 miles covered in between the two mots. Put do not drive warning on mot could not tell a difference between a brake fluid leak and a bleeding where brake fluid had been replaced and a rubber boot covering shaft suddenly became seriously decorated in 14 miles was not mentioned on first mot. Both mots were done by same mot inspector. I think it was failed out of spite because they called me and wanted me to come earlier than the booked time because they had nothing to do and wanted to go home.

My daughter's car didn't pick up speed all of a sudden on Saturday late morning. My daughter took it to this garage. They said they would look at it and get back in touch with her before 1.00 pm with a diagnosis. Just as they said, my daughter got a video message telling her what needed fixing and the cost. We were happy with the price so we told them to go ahead... 2 hours later, she picked her car up...it drives like a dream now. I would highly recommend this garage...5 stars for the prompt service

Speedy and professional service, and very reasonably priced. They managed to fit me in practically last minute for a service and MOT and would certainly recommend. Definitely use them again.

Never been here before. Smart, clean environment. Met the mechanic, who welcomed me with an air of professionalism. I gave a vague discription of what I thought the problem was (but I'm no mechanic). The car is on a ramp before midday, and I'm in a clean and warm waiting room, waiting patiently. I know I'm going to be here a while, so I'm going to help myself to free hot drinks and free wi-fi. It's a very long wait!! 4.43pm and car is ready. Will be back - they did a good job. Give them a go. They won't rip you off.

DO NOT USE GARAGE UNLESS WANT RIPPING OFF! I work for nhs so thought convenient to use this place however do not use!!! I was having issues with the windscreen wiper fluid, it was getting jammed when turning on for the water fluid for the wipers.
I called your garage and was told to bring it in on 15th October 2022, to have a look at it.
Upon collection of the vehicle, I was told I would have to pay £35 as you had done a diagnostic test.
I was never told beforehand that I would be charged £35 for the privilege of looking at my car given I already told you what the issue with the car was. I have never been to a garage and been charged for looking at my car and was never told of these charges beforehand.
You then advised it would cost £75 for the part and labour to be done but the part would need to be ordered in.
I then didn't hear from you for days, when I finally called you to see if you had the part, you then advised that you are unable to get the part and that it was discontinued, and I would have to seek another garage.

I should not have needed to pay £35 for diagnostics when I already told you what the issue was to begin with, and the fact you couldn't even complete or repair the works you should never have charged me for this. I would understand paying the charge if you completed the repair on my car and if I was actually made aware of the charges prior to you looking at my car then it would have been my decision whether to go ahead with the checks. Already complained and they will only give me money off when I next use them. I won't ve using the garage ever again. BEWARE YOUR BEEN WARNED. Bad company
