Carried out an MOT on my car - very professional, quick service. Ready for me at the booked time and completed the MOT in the timeframe stated on arrival. Rang as soon as finished and car ready to pick up when I returned.

Managed to get booked in and seen very quickly. Smooth experience whole way through, my cars brakes needed replacing (which I didn’t realise), and the wheel shaft popped out, something the guys has never seen before. Felt relieved to have been in good hands and have constant updates. Really friendly and helpful staff, they were very thorough with showing and explaining the damage to me.

Halfords Autocentre carried out a bulb replacement for me very efficiently and quickly. Bulb replacement is not as easy as it used to be, so I was pleased to have someone do it who knew what they were doing. Thank you Halfords.

It's OK even though in the past they've charged my daughter for work that wasn't needed on her Mini. So only use it for the odd car care product.

Great service provided by Luke at Halfords Norwich. Changed lightbulb for me but noticed that another part had been damaged by the previous bulb. Gave great advice on where to find another part and was able to source one that day. He then fixed and installed the new part and bulb the same day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional branch . !!Unfortunately after using this branch for many years both their customer service has gone drastically downhill. Promised me on 3 separate occasions to undertake a specific job I asked them to do with me car. Even on the day I took it in again I asked and was told they would undertake the work. Couldn't even check by phone if they had done the work as they don't answer the phone. Picked car up only to be told they didn't do it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional . Shocking behaviour but it seems that Halfords are returning to their old tricks of being untrustworthy
