Really good customer service. Kieron was great. Very helpful and gave good advice on what to do in terms of getting my 4 wheel alignment done as the bolts were sized on. Also, got me a deal on the Bridgestone tyres.

Previous garage said the car had exhaust erosion so took it to Kwik Fit thinking it would need a full rip out and replace. Really happy to say all that was needed was some putty for a tiny hole, which Kwik Fit did free of charge! Really friendly, quick service. Definitely recommend

Appointment made for checking my tyre, waited over an hour, no coffee machine, was told tyre can be repaired, but then told it needed new tyre as side of tyre bulged. Price £69.50
All in all expected a new tyre, just would like better reception area, engineers knowledgeable and friendly.

Curtis did a great job with my tyres. Went in as I'd had a puncture, he checked all 4 tyres & told me one was near the tread limit. No pressure to have it done, but I did. Curtis advised on which tyres I needed - really helpful & professional service.

Was told my van will be ready same day however I had to wait for 3 days, when I picked up my van I could hear a loud knocking sound coming from my left passenger side wheel. As I drove offy breaks failed and I almost had an accident. They rectified the problem after I took the van back however I almost had an accident. Not very happy with the service as well as the person dealing with me was quite rude.

Came in for an MOT last week and we were in a really tight spot, we'd been cancelled on by a different garage and Cowbridge Road managed to fit us in. The MOT had run out and we were waiting to get keys to a new house so it was touch and go. Dan and Dave went above and beyond to complete the MOT quickly and fixed our screen washers on the spot saving us a failed MOT. Can't thank them enough, such lovely gents!

When my car battery died a few metres away from this Kwik Fit branch the team were super accommodating and helped me, first trying to jump my car and then replacing the battery despite not being able to get the car to the garage. I am so very thankful for their courtesy and warmth!

I have been using this branch of Kwik Fit for some years. I always find them very good. They resolve tyre issues and charge fairly. I will continue to use them
