I have used cardiff in and out for many years and I have always received the best from the staff. Today again I called in at the Cardiff centre and the staff took care of my granddaughter’s car a/c. And again the best of service was given. Brilliant every time. Thanks again.

I have been using In n Out Cardiff for a few years now, my car, my wifes and now my sons all go there....great service, quick and keep you up to date on how things are going and any issues, never pushy! Also, good staff....now my sons car also goes there, would fully recommend.......Mr Twingo :-)

Fantastic for all your servicing and repairs work. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. I'll use these as opposed to the main dealership. Roughly a third saving for my full service. Highly recommended.

My family and I have been coming here for many years with our vehicles all different makes and models and we will continue to take our cars in the near future. I've been taking my cars to this garage since they opened. Absolutely fantastic service every time. This week I had to book a last minute appointment to get my electric window fixed, they went out of their way to help. Both the mechanic and the guy in the reception desk were great. Excellent service! I was apprehensive about trying a new garage as you just never know and in the past, being a women, some garages can be intimidating and condescending. I was very impressed with the service at In and Out. A 2 hour slot for MOT and full service. They provided a video (link via text) showing my brakes and talking me through the basics. They suggested a change of brake fluid, provided a quote which I was able to authorise on the link provided. A courtesy text to tell me the car was ready (in less than 2 hours) was a great touch. I can honestly say the whole process was so simple and hassle free. I will definitely be returning in the future!
