Hard to find a genuine and trustworthy garage these days but j&k ticked all the boxes.
After years of worries of my car going into different garages I got peace of mind that if anything needs doing to my car it will be in safe hands here and at good prices. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and the lads explain everything in a way I could understand. Thanks again for everything

Very dissapointing service. They had my car for almost 2 weeks because they couldn't get the part but their lack of communication and customer care was shocking. When I picked my car up they told me to take the car to them for oil changes, oil top ups and services because they have the experience. I was told the part is deffinitely going to be in Wednesday, phoned Thursday 3pm no part in. It will deffinitely be in Friday I told them that I was told Wednesday they told me to phone TPS and they will tell me the same and was snappy and rude to me on the phone. Was then promised Friday it will be ready Friday evening for me to pick up Saturday. Then was told it had another 3 hours work left on it. Phoned Monday morning and was told it will be ready by 4:30pm so now it was going to take a full day to do a 3 hour job. Went down for 4:30pm and they still had 20 minutes of work left to do on it. They did knock some money off but only 2 hours labour I still had to pay £120 labour for 3 hours plus for parts and that was only because I was firm with them and made them aware of the inconvience they caused.

MOT and brake pad change completed. A Top quality service from a family run business. Priced the job before dropping my car off and stuck to the quote given even though they had to get extra sensors.
