Kwik Fit - Aberystwyth

Usually pretty good. was one of the last places locally I trusted, but either on the ramp or out on the test drive the lower arm mount on the subframe has been hit. recently replaced all hardware and restored the subframe so disappointing to see.

Thoroughly professional outfit. Had problem with rear wheel bearing whist on holiday in Wales. Guys were extremely helpful and had new bearing delivered and fitted within 3 hours. Couldnt have asked for any better service. 5 star rating and much appreciated the excellent service. Thank you

I visited on Sunday 18th September After noticing a bolt in my tyre. Kwik Fit Aberystwyth was my only option being open on a Sunday which is a massive plus to start with. The member of staff I dealt with at the store was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The service was quick and efficient even though I was unable to book online, I was booked in with no problem for the earliest slot. I was told all the details up front including price and other options and was even offered a sit and wait service. everything was explained well and the whole experience was excellent thanks to the helpful friendly nature of the gentleman I dealt with

Convenient location close to shopping area for Lidl, home bargain, Iceland, pets at home and more. Also, the walk to the town centre is not far if you want to venture out while your car is being worked on as Kwikfit.
Staff are friendly and helpful. I only stopped by for a tyre pressure and condition check, all was sorted very quickly.
I would say the garage is accessible as it is on ground level with no ramps/steps to access the garage or reception.
I am happy with the service I received and consider this branch my local go-to for future services on both my vehicles.

needed to go there twice as they were unable to complete the work within a 3hr window as they were busy. agreed that 2 tyres would be required when i went to collect the car was told that I should have 4 tyres so then had to wait until they fitted the other 2

Mechanic went all out to get work finished in time for me to drive away and keep my appointment. He got all equipment needed ready before i arrived. Was happy and DID IT!

This morning I called up in need of a new battery. Tali, who is always so helpful and efficient, fitted me in at 11.30am. They had a new battery installed in no time, and Tali had them check my tyre pressures and he refilled the screen wash, without me asking. All the men were so polite and friendly, and Tali sets a great example.

Service plus extra works done quickly and efficiently.. I was informed what needed doing, after the initial vehicle check.
