Sheldon was amazing, and made the process of part exchanging and finding the right car for a good price seamless. He stayed in touch every step of the way, and made what seemed like a big task, easy for me. I will be looking to use him again soon on my other family car

I received information and advice of what my options are for renewing my car.
And was showed vehicles to suit my budget.
I found the sales team was very welcoming and helpful.
My Sales Advisor Caine was approachable, supportive & understanding.
I would recommend Hippo when choosing a new car.

I have had excellent service from Holly Farmer, who has managed my lease contract. This has not been an easy task, as I am in Cyprus,at present and have not been able to sign forms in person, so she has lasted with the dealership and moved things forward, keeping me informed throughout. Altogether top service. Thank you!

Very good service from Caine and Ellia at Hippo, from the initial contact, car video and answering all queries, to payment and paperwork all managed professionally and promptly. Car arrived a couple of days earlier than originally planned which is always a bonus, with a very painless handover. So far all is as described and I got the service, communication and vehicle I expected. Will certainly use again. Thanks

Just ordered a new car, process was simple and straightforward and Jonathan Parsons was incredibly helpful throughout. No hard selling which is really refreshing and I feel like I got exactly what I was looking for at a fair and reasonable price.
I would recommend.
Update.. car can't be delivered when agreed so I have requested a cancellation but the tactic employed now seems to be to ignore all communication, now I will try customer service and see how that goes..

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Bought a Range Rover Evoque after finally being able to afford this car of our dreams and Hippo Leasing have made the experience an absolute nightmare. Its put me off buying cars for life!! Quick enough to take your money but then absolutely THE WORSE AND MOST SHOCKING after sales and customer service i have ever witnessed. Engine warning light came on 3 weeks after purchase and almost half a year later, 1000's of emails, arguments, back and forth, upset and crying they agreed to do the work after they found out they couldn't do it on the cheap! Also had a fault on the tires the day we picked it up that was diagnosed while was in the garage and now refusing to pay when the fault was there when we drove the car away. All we got was "We will call you back" then heard absolutely nothing for weeks on end. The car has been in the garage more than we've been able to enjoy it. They left it sitting in land rover for 5 weeks before finally agreeing to do the work but only because we begged them to use our over a THREE THOUSAND POUNDS deposit... Even now the fault still exists and they refuse to take responsibility for the issues saying it had a MOT before we bought it. The customer sales team are NOT HELPFUL, RUDE AND try to just FOB YOU OFF at every opportunity. If you want to get ripped off then use Hippo Leasing but I would rather stick pins in my eyes then deal with these absolute con artists again.
