Europcar Lincoln

Picked up a great little car, to drive to a friends funeral down the south west. The Lincoln team where polite and very helpful and efficient service. No fuss on my return. Well done, I will definitely use them again.

The staff At the Lincoln branch were brilliant. Super friendly in all interactions with them. I really can't fault the service I received. Quick, efficient and honest. Thank you to all the staff I dealt with!! Will definitely use europcar lincoln again next time I am in town!

We've hired several cars from Lee and the team at Lincoln Europcar at reasonable prices. They conveniently deliver clean and tidy cars, collect as agreed and the transactions seem to run smoothly. We will certainly continue with their services.

I picked up car from Heathrow on Saturday and dropped it off at lincoln on the Sunday, however the branch opening times on website and on there front door said Lincoln branch open 8am till 5pm on Sunday, so i got charged out of hours return.When i questioned this with customer services they said branch was closed on Sundays , i checked website and they had changed opening hours to closed. So they said matter closed. Bad customer service will Never use this company again.

I needed a car due to mine breaking down. The car was delivered within a a few hours. The staff were very helpful from start to finish.

I give 1 star because I can't give 0! Never have I been treated so badly by customer services, nor lied to by any company like I was with Europcar Lincoln! If there is a point in me giving advice to anybody: DON'T EVER USE THEM!

I have been using Europcar for about 20 years. Over the years I have seen many members of staff, but Margaret and Mark are a pleasure to deal with. They are both very customer focused and in a day and age of declining standards in customer service, these two set an example of how it is done. Thank you from Alex.

Good service but beware, there is a one way hire surcharge which was not apparent at the time of booking. This was not the fault of the staff in the office however it was still an unpleasant shock when picking up the car.
