Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Melton Mowbray

Using enterprise was a great hassle free experience. No mileage cap on a brand new van making it easy for me to continue my day to day work without having additional charges playing on my mind for how far I have travelled. Great customer service and on returning it early without warning them, there were no issues. Just a pleasant welcome and a quick walk around inspection and all good.

So thank you enterprise for an effortless service and if I require a temporary vehicle again I will returning to you guys.

Vehicle was excellent, (Transit Custom) clean and tidy and very nice to drive. Bilal the assistant that talked me through all the bits and bobs regarding the hire could not of been more helpful, a lovely chap to talk to, mind you all the staff at the Melton depot are very nice and professional in their approach to dealing with you. I would have no hesitation in recommending this location if you are looking to hire a vehicle of some kind

Brilliant service, office always answered my questions and gave me a guidance.
At the arrival Bilal explained all policies and procedures, he had positive attitude and answered all questions.
Once my car was ready in garage in Leicester I was able to drive the hire car there and they have collected it themselves, so comfortable when you have to travel with 2year old ! Thanks a lot

Jamie and the team helped me out BIG TIME when i ran into a issue at the drop of a hat he had a luton van ready for me within a day !! Kudos to Jamie and the team for making it a smooth process , very efficient and very friendly 5*

I have hired a tail lift Luton with this Enterprise around 4 or 5 times now, and everytime there is seems to be an issue! Maybe I have just had bad look, but always seem to be an booking error, awaiting vehicle from another depot or the website availability is incorrect!..always get delayed on my original booking shedule.

Be aware!
After hiring a vehicle from this company I was issued with an admin fee of £35 for dart charge which I had paid at the time of crossing, not only have I not been issued with a fine from dart charge but I also sent proof of the dart charge being paid.
They still took £35 from my account!
Be very aware of what you’re signing!!!!!

Ordered car told card is ok then when I arrived sorry cant have car so have had to borrow a car from a friend to see my family. Thanks a bloody lot will not use them every again and I will make sure people know how useless they are.
