Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Loughborough

Two years ago I was referred by insurer for courtesy car after 4 days of calls between insurer and enterprise I got car ... with puncture. 4 days later they sent mobile tyre fitter to repair it and guy said that tyres are bellow 2mm anyway.

2 years later referred by insurer again to Loughborough branch and here we go again, no cars on site no arrangements made for courtesy car and lady that didn't bother to pick her $%#@ up from desk lied in to face that they tried to call me over the weekend.

Lovely team working here, had browsed through the website to find a van to hire for short notice and wanted to be sure of exact van size so visited the branch.
Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely gentleman. Who was very polite, excellent customer service and answered a few questions we had.
I cannot thank you enough for going out of your way for the customer. Will definitely use this branch again.

A whole morning wasted after paying for the rental with a credit card and being advised that a debit card was acceptable to pay 200 deposit, advised on arrival to collect the vehicle that a debit card was not acceptable. Then advised it would take 7 to 9 days to get a refund on the rental fee paid. Updated... The refund was processed within 1working day, so impressed with the follow up.

Hired a Ford Focus one way journey to Truro Cornwall to collect my new car. On arrival I was upgraded to a Mercedes A class as there were no Focus left. Collection and drop off seemless and very professional. I will definitely use enterprise again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others

Service was 10/10. Divyesh & Ben were superb at booking me in and making me feel comfortable with the rental. Ellie & Emma showed me around the car and they were really bubbly and helpful. On return, I was dealt with by Tom & Shallum who again, looked after me and asked about my experience because they wanted to know.
Overall a 5 star service and the management team there should be praised on there efforts for creating such a friendly and warm branch.

Rented a van for the day! Great price - trip went well and van had everything you could need, well nearly everything, no AC which was not great on a hot day! Sadly, when I returned it the fuel tank was 3 litres short and they wanted to charge me £17!! So I took the keys back and drove to the nearest garage and added the missing 3 litres for £7 - now it might have nonly been £10; but "keeping custiomers for life, means being flexible and adaptive"

Really helpful team when renting a vehicle while mine was being repaired after an accident. The team went above and beyond to help me out, thank you
