Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Slough East

Disgusting customer service. A loan car was delivered as arranged originally by RSA Mobility by the Uxbridge Road Branch . The car was of a too higher specification for me to grasp the controls as I am suffering with a severe whiplash injury I asked could they source another car that was just an ordinary automatic but was told all their cars are of the same specification. I asked them to collect the loan car as I couldn't use it. It took nearly two weeks for them to collect it. After many phone calls to different branches I was told that they do have other ordinary automatic and manual cars but they were all out with customers. The Uxbridge Road branch never rang me I had to constantly ring them. In the end RSA Motibility had to contact them at my
request.

Highly appreciated the service provided. I rented a van to move a couple of my items last Friday. They gave me a chance to get the van early and return it later without charging full day amount. Also gave me a parking space to park my car during the full period without charge anything. Also I got my deposit within 2 days.

Another rogue branch. Despite my pleas to the amiable manager and deputy manager to ensure my experience remains positive, I’ve ended up with another potential scam. I prepaid £322 for a rental and returned the car with no issues. A week after the car was returned, Chad attempted to charge my bank account several sums of money. When it failed, he rang my mobile, leaves no message and then rings my emergency contact number and informed the person on the line that he needs authorisation to charge my account £322 outstanding from my last rental. Eventually he takes out £322 from my bank account. This supposed charge is for the prepaid rental and was taken from my bank account one week after I returned the car. You have to really laugh at the audacity of these people. I’ve escalated to management after attempts to speak to Chad proved futile. He was adamant he was right to charge my bank account without my authorisation, he was rude and refused to give the phone to the manager claiming he was busy. I’ve heard nothing since then and it’s been over a week. I’ve escalated to Enterprise management and sought legal advice as I’ve had enough of these rogue traders. MY ADVICE- If you must use enterprise, stick to one bank card and scrutinise your account many months later. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Had a great experience at this rental site, both checking out the car and returning it. Fatima greeted us upon getting the car and got us on our way quickly and efficiently. The car was ready, clean and ready to go. She explained everything and we were gone in less than 30 minutes after arrival. Upon returning, we dealt with a fine young man, whose card I have lost, but he was a Mgt Trainee, and from Moldova. He efficiently checked the car out and even took us back to the hotel, which was much appreciated. These were two fine young people and an asset to Enterprise, and I commend them both. I would gladly return to this rental agency again.

After many bad experiences with car rental businesses, I had a great experience with enterprise Slough east. Very professional and honest.

As expected very good and professional service, The vehicles are almost new and in good condition, no strings attached or hidden charges, fair and swift service all along.

Very very poor customer service.
The manager not suites to that position.
While my conversation towise he said me “you can cancel the booking and go”.
And I was trying with other branches nearby. While I am call he said everywhere same procedure. But the Bath road branch made my day.

So there may be some hope for this branch. Looks like a new manager has been appointed and has assured us that he will be resolving this matter. Seemed to be very genuine and wanted to close out outstanding issues. Really hope this gets sorted and they are providing the reassurances now.

Another Update: So we get a call from the branch manager saying he can't do anything, then he rings back an hour later after probably getting a call from area management and promises to refund us the fuel. However it's been two weeks and no refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service, liars and haven't got a clue in how to provide satisfactory service.

UPDATE - So Enterprise are very quick to reply to negative comments online, got a response posted within an hour of writing the review. So I emailed them again and guess what, it's gone in to another black hole. No acknowledgement, no auto response, no nothing. Do not trust this company, all image and talk, they don't care about the complaints or lying shoddy service their employees provide!!!!

Car provided under insurance, car given with no fuel and on empty, we were told that any extra fuel in the car would be paid back to us. Car given back with over half a tank, at least £50 of fuel, now they are washing their hands and saying they can't do anything. Several calls to branch and apparently the manager is meant to call us back, official complaint submitted online over 4 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. Terrible company, bullish when they want the car back and blatant liars, do not trust them, they are lying thieves.
