5 star experience with these guys... Phil helped me out greatly and at short notice. Excellent price, cheaper than all other local garages and car was very new and clean. I got an upgrade on the car without asking and I can honestly say my experience greatly exceeded expectations and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks a lot!

The car was nice and the price was good aswell but when I returned it there was a nail in the tire. That's just bad luck but they let me pay 170 pound for 1 tire! That's outrageous!

Vehicle was made available at very short notice at the Mansfield location. I must say it was very clean inside and out. Being an allergy sufferer I must add not a single pet hair on the seats or in the trunk. Thankful also that the windscreen washer was full as it was badly needed as the roads had been gritted. Much praise to the valeter/prep staff for attention to detail. Polite and very helpful staff. Thank you.

Needed a car urgently due to mot failure of our car and we were able to collect within the hour.
Initially we paid for 4 days but due to a delay in the repairs I called them spoke to Rob and he was fantastic and even chargedus a lower rate for a long term rental. We extended the rental to end of week but again another hiccup with our car so had to ask for another few days. I was unsure whether to keep it an extra day the mechanic had said Monday but as so much had gone wrong decided to take no more chances and extended rental till Tuesday
Once again Rob couldn't be more accommodating he said if our car was ready on Monday we could return the car and he'd refund us the extra day.
Good thing we kept it as ours wasn't ready until late Monday afternoon
I'd never been to the office, my partner took the rental back and i was picking him up after school run.
My partner insisted he would need to draw me a map as I'd never find the office on my own especially with my terrible sense of direction.
Slightly miffed I said I was sure google would get me there.
I arrived in the vicinity and sadly google let me down insisting the office was on another road so once again Rob to the rescue. I called him described where I was and he directed me precisely so I could pick up my partner and not lose face lol.
I would highly recommend for all car hire needs.
