great service for renting a minibus!

Fraudsters. The run a scam where they hire you the car/van. Turn up on the day, claim that they cant rent you the car/van as the details don't match (generally they claim the photo is not of you). They charge you the full amount of the rental and actually never had a car/van to rent to you in the first place!!!!! Spend your well earned cash somewhere else

Awful - avoid. Loads of hidden charges, £250 was taken from my account as a deposit without me even being notified. It took over 10 working days for them to give it back and then when they did it was 24 short which they claim is for fuel. This is absolute robbery as I filled the tank to way above where it was when I got it and they claimed 10 litres was needed (in total that's 16 litres of Diesel to travel 15 miles...). In addition, over an hour late to deliver and pick up. It looks a bit cheaper than others on the face of it be genuinely not worth the hassle as it ends up costing you in the end.

Beware with these people, they are fraudster, the people carrier I hired was very dirty, no screen wash, while I driving on the motorway in France realised no screen wash then I filled it by spending €18. now they are not refunding the deposit of £250. no reply to my numerous emails. now they have charged my debit card £229.50. when I call them they just saying will check and come back to me, but now one call me yet, already 2 days gone. Now I'm seeking legal proceeding. please beware they are not professionals.

Avoid. Booked van in the morning, received cancellation after closing. 6 phone call attempts, no answer. Cancellation e-mail stated no reason at all.
One star because the money has not been taken from the card, otherwise would not give any.
