Collison Vehicle Rental

Very much the same as Hazel posted. We also got stuck needing a car at the last minute. Jorji managed to accommodate my needs within a short time frame of them closing shop. Gave us an upgrade at no extra cost, I needed to extend the rental window due to our car not being ready... this was all dealt with smoothly and without any issues at all. Brilliant to have a rental service as this on our doorstep!

Great customer service! We had to rent a car due to ours breaking down, and they couldn't have made the process any better than they did. On top of that, upgraded us at the last minute. Definitely recommend for fab local service over bigger companies.

A pleasure to deal with and a great service provided. I rented for 23 days with Collison because they made extending the rental period easy; a quick call (never on hold for long) and it was set. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and polite. Out of hours returns can be arranged for convenience if discussed in advance. I had two cars in my time with them and both drove great, and were modern and clean. Also, amongst the lowest price car hire around! All round fantastic service, very happy. 10/10 would hire from again

Great service, really helpful and listened to what we were after. Returns process quick and easy. Was let down by another firm who didn't have the vehicle they promised, collison did what we asked and more. Would use again without question.

I called them up last minute, popped over a few moments later and picked up the car without any hassles at all. They were brilliant! They even picked up the car from me at the end of the hire.

Brilliant service found a car for us within 24hrs, allowed us to rehire car when our car wasn't back from the garage and happy to extend car hire over the phone when we needed it and very reasonably priced!

Booked a minibus nearly a year in advance, checked it was ok 2 months in advance and took my documents in 2 weeks in advance to save time only to be told when I went to pick it up that I had cancelled the booking! We were going on a driving holiday the next day so you can imagine how I felt. They didn’t seem to care about it until I threatened them with legal action then they started ringing around trying to get a replacement. They couldn’t and I was offered 2 cars instead ( in itself a admission of guilt) at a greatly reduced rent. It was not ideal as my wife is not the most confident of drivers but I had no choice. I would of taken legal action against this company had I not accepted the cars but as I said we were going away the next day. I will not be renting anything else from this company and if you do then be careful, you might get let down too

You will be scammed for additional charges for you vehicle hire. Apparently you need to make sure you are reading small letter like you would do when hiring in Italy as they will find a clause to charge you on. Used them in the past but that was the last time. Very unhappy
