You get what you pay for. The van was functional and handover and hand back was easy but The van was dusty and the driving area smelt like a painter and decorator had been using it for a while! Who knows. But it did the business and we got the job done in plenty of time. We'll use them again if needed.

AVIOD AT ALL COST - Worst company we've had the misfortune to deal with. Made a booking a month ealier, but they decided to cancel our booking on the day we were due to collect the mibibus, and a member of staff was on the train to Southampton to collect. Said minibus had broken down, then changed that to another reason. DOWN RIGHT Dishonest, Unreliable, Unprofessional. Avoid is you're lookong for a reliable, trusted business partner.

We ended up booking a more professional, and trusted minibus hire conpany.

U drive always seem to be the best priced, with good service and and the van today was 7,500 mileage so in great condition. Would be 5 star but the part of the customer carpark I was in was really muddy.

I rented a van for a few days and given a brand new vw transporter very was very pleased. Spotless vehicle and helpful staff will definitely be renting there again.

Picked up a volkswagen golf for our customer
1.Car was filthy
2.Staff are rude
3.engine management light on- manager said its german car should be fine later that day kept going into limp mode
4. CANNABIS was found in the bloody car !

not only have we paid for it to be valeted we also have lost a loyal customer of ours

Good service, easy out of hours drop off. Got s free upgrade as booked van not available. Assistant very friendly.

Failed to show me around the vehicle just gave me the keys and left

luckily I took photos of damage and fuel levels

and still charged for fuel and failed to refund my deposit!
