Avoid at all cost! I rented a car for 24 hours in this place and after parking it in the street it got a scratch (not a bump, see the picture). I can understand that I need to compensate for that, but they are asking me £901! I guess that is the policy of Europcar so I would seriously consider other alternatives before.
To the owner: please, do not be falsely polite and understanding as I have already contacted Europcar, but I have also received a notification from the lawyers after two unsuccessful attempts to charge my card...

Worse experience ever! Booked Van to collect goods 400 miles away. Booked hotel to stay. Day before planned trip... phone call. No van available for you. We can offer car instead of van. No apologies No care . Just dropped the phone on me. Called them and asked to speak to management. As usual on the meeting. Will call you in one hour. Still waiting for phone call. Was good to take money for booking but now best to avoid contact. Scammers.

What a amateur service! Booked a Van and 2 day of collection I am getting a phone call ohh there is no vans in London available. And simply drop the phone. Thanks to Europcar my business will loose approx 7-8000 pounds for not collecting goods on time! Thank you for killing hard working businesses in those not easy times!

Avoid at all cost! Took over. Week to collect the car from me despite many calls to arrange pick up. Also filled the tank with fuel when I knew it was to be collected and never used again. Apparently the day after collection they needed to put £25 of fuel in it and automatically took the payment stating it had more fuel when they delivered it. Absolute lies as I KNOW the tank was completely full! Will never use again!

Friendly service, quick collection. We were upgraded to a larger vehicle which was a joy to drive on our holiday and made it so much more special. The location is also not far from Norbiton station, which is very convenient if you live in Kingston or surrounds.

No customer skills at all, do not accord with the promised delivery times and when trying to have a conversation to resolve the issue the Europcar representative talked over me the entire time, then called me disrespectful and racist before terminating the phone call

Not bad given that I hardly uttered a word and had absolutely no idea who I was actually talking to ?

Avoid, after requesting to return van with the same fuel as shown on the fuel gage (last mark below full), I was charged with a fuel penalty for not being full. I tried to engage with europcar to show that the amount of fuel I put, before returning, overcompensated the miles used, I was asked for a photo of the fuel gage at pickup as proof. Not thrustwordy service.
