Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Fareham

Helpful, friendly & attentive team, unfortunately let down by an over complicated, unclear and non transparent pricing structure, that left me completely unclear as to what I had actually signed up for.

I’m certain the process could be made simpler or explained better, both when booking and collecting/dropping off the vehicle. Overall, not a bad experience, but could have been significantly improved upon.

As a tourist I was very satisfied with the car, the pick up and the return in a different city.

I went with my daughter to collect a car covered by her insurance while her vehicle was undergoing repairs. We were thrown by how lovely the staff were, especially Curtis, who was extremely polite, kind and knowledgeable. His manner was very much appreciated and eased any of my daughter's concerns.

would be helpful if they ever picked up the phone. leaflet tells you to call the office but 3 times now the call has ring off because no-one is picking up.

Excellent service from dedicated staff. The online system had accepted my reservation for a 9-seater people-carrier to take family to my Mum's funeral, but because of the bank holiday gap, the local staff had had no notice. They phoned me and immediately brought one from 25 miles away so that our departure was only slightly delayed, and threw in free roadside assistance, zero excesses and £50 worth of diesel. Well done, Fareham!
