Europcar Bristol South

We have been renting cars from this agency on a regular basis for the last three years since we decided to go car free.
We've never been disappointed. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, cars are in very good condition and very clean (if not brand new) and returns have always been painless.
I would definitely recommand to anyone looking for a rental agency in Bristol.

Absolute crooks. Do not use!!
Due to a failure of the staff to fill in the proper paperwork when I returned the vehicle they are now trying to charge me for damage that did not happen during my hire. This is after trying to deliver the vehicle on the wrong day with no warning because they "didn't want to work tomorrow". I also have unexplained extra charges to my card. I would be giving minus stars if I could.

Very well maintained vehicles. Good selection of vehicles including prestige and specialist vehicle. Management and staff very professional. Highly recommended.

My husband and I booked a car here to drive around the Cotswolds on our trip from the US. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and made the process very easy. Car was immaculate and the staff even helped us pack our luggage into the car. A wonderful experience and would recommend this business to anyone!!

Hired two vans from EuropCar Bristol South for a house move and they were excellent. I have dealt with other hire car companies in the past and didn't hold much hope but EuropCar were fantastic. Booking the vans was incredibly easy, the staff were really helpful and friendly (especially Christina) and returning the vans was also super simple. We had an issue with fuel for one of the vans where the van wasn't given to us with a full tank but this was quickly rectified and EuropCar were more than happy to reimburse us. I'd highly recommend the Bristol South branch if you need to hire a vehicle and will use them again in the future.

Great customer service and went the extra mile when I had an issue and couldnt return the van.
Paul was brilliant and understanding.
Head office number didnt offer solutions just asked for more money to extend the rental.
