Upon returning the car, the staff member informed me of a fingernail clipping size chip at the base of the windscreen. He said that I would be responsible despite the fact that I cannot control gravel from other vehicles on the motorway. He said that the chip could most likely be repaired with epoxy as it is routinely done. Imagine my shock at finding I had been charged 600 pounds ($900us). When queried, they claimed that a new windscreen was required at my expense. Of course the glass shop would prefer to make 600 than 60. I will be seeking other remedies and warn others about their predatory practices.

Had 4 rentals in the past 6months. Very good customer services, brand new cars, booked online and spent no more than 15-20 minutes at the shop for paperwork before driving away in a very clean car. Rental charges are reasonable with the car and services I received.

The worse company ever, dragged me from Swansea to Birmingham Airport to ick up and car cad they could not be bothered to deliver to me on a Saturday, get here not told where to go, no one has heard of them and no booking for many where ruined my weekend and family break
