Just horrible. We never in our life saw such a dirty car. It was clean outside but inside it was horrible, even the seat had a big stain that looked like blood, all the panels were in some brown dust. Also when we arrived there was no car for us, even though we booked. Then they brought us an absolutely awful car that looked like it was in a dirt ditch before, we of course refused it and while we were waiting for our new car ( 2 hours of our time already) we missed our booking that we had booked the car for. Never book from this branch , look elsewhere

Car booked not available despite being given reassurances a few day prior to pick-up that it would be. Given a VW Arteon that had been used by a very heavy smoker. Had to exchange the vehicle in Plymouth as it could not be driven without windows open. Plymouth staff and drop off staff (Gatwick) were excellent.

Possibly the worst business I've ever delt with. Robbed blind by them too. Awful. Sweetfa out of 5 for customer service/quality of car/communication.

Just simply use someone else. Or get some roller skates

I called the number Dave in the reply suggests. Dont waste your time. Talking to someone in the Philippines. They don't quite get the term customer services does , Europcar...

customer service is terrible, the site is buggy and takes more money from the card than it should. This is not about this store, but about the whole system Europcar!!! workers know nothing about payment systems!!! if you want trouble contact Europcar!! I hope you close!!!

Steve and Samuel provided courteous and professional service to me for this rental. They both were personal and extremely helpful, particularly in the instruction of how the details of the car worked and with directions for our trip.

We rented a car from here and the pick up was good. Until Europcar southampton began using my credit card to charge me for a rental that was prepaid, a late fee we were not late, then, a month later, had the cheek to charge me for those charges a second time. So we ended up with 360 pounds of charges for a car we had already paid for. We managed to get a refund eventually. Luckily we could prove our arrival time. But Europcar charge your credit card without any documentation for doing so.

Hirer did not listen to the initial requirement of load capacity and vehicle supplied was too small. This was not obvious until loading. Suggest taking a tape measure if size of load is important.

Well do not get me started with this place, i’ve booked an intermediate car for five days I needed something big with large boot space price was £189 and was booked a week in advance on the day of arrival. All I had was some woman in the back room, either arguing or debating with a customer over the phone as a car was delivered to his place, but it wasn’t a car he ordered anyway I’ll check in I’ll give him a name next thing. I know they tell me they haven’t got the car I’ve ordered instead they had a Vauxhall Crossland 1.2 petrol by the way I was doing a 600 mile trip) which was classed as a standard car so less than what I paid anyway, the woman in the back room come out and said it’s an upgrade from what I originally ordered because it’s an automatic well how can it be an upgrade because it’s an automatic when it’s a standard car when I ordered a intermediate car (manual) so if they gave me intermediate car automatic yes upgrade so that’s not my problem in the end they gave me an estate car which benefited me anyway because I need the boot space do not recommend this place you won’t get what you ordered.oh and before they comment back on this saying that some cars dont turn it up all some sort of rubbish like that. You had a week in advance notice so surely when my booking came through you should accommodate of what the customer has ordered all as you state on your website similar to the car you have ordered you didn’t have not one car similar to what I ordered but to downgrade me without give me any refund and then trying to get me to

PS: they really didn’t wanna give me the estate car 😂 the video is the day I picked it up,,,,,,, just make sure you do this before you leave the depot
