SIXT Car & Van Hire - Croydon

I rented a car for the weekend from Sixt. The chap that served me was fantastic and due to the wait swapped my car. Loved it. The employee was so courteous and professional, you don't often see that. He gets a 5 star from me. The reason I am giving a 2 star is that I am now past the refund of my deposit date and still the deposit has not been repaid. So tantamount to theft. Whilst waiting for my new car to arrive, I might need to hire again but having to wait over 2 weeks to get my deposit back is beyond me. Great shout out to the employees. Absolute tat refund system.

The customer service at this branch is amazing. Dominic was a star, super helpful and got my keys back that I left in the van. Will defo use them again!

When I arrived at the branch to collect the van, I realized that I had mistakenly booked it for the following week!
But the wonderful staff at the Croydon branch helped me hire another van which was a real life saver.
The staff were very friendly and helpful when returning the van.
My overall experience on this occasion was excellent.

Brand new van but the check engine light was on. Overall the collection and drop off was good, friendly staff. Just wish a face to face inspection was done. I also can’t fathom why pricing is not more consistent. This branch charged me £66 a day for a LWB van. The nearest branch to me wanted £109! Why?

Just returned my 9 seater to Sixt Croydon branch and had to leave a review! These guys are 5 stars from their quality of fleet to how professional they were! Thanks Kay for taking me through the options, I was sure the Volkswagen caddy was suitable for a family road trip but I’m so glad we ended up going for the shuttle in the end! Car was brand new had loads of space and Kay went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! I didn’t feel like I was renting a car rather I just checked in to the first class lounge at a private airport haha! Thanks for all your effort guys will see you again soon :)

Service from start to finish was fantastic. No hidden fees and straight to the point. Big shoutout to Kay who served me, he was very patient and attentive to every detail. Not had this type of customer service in years, very satisfied customer. 10/10.

We arrived to pick up our car everything was ready, we were taken care of by Stewart, he was absolutely good at his job and very friendly we received an upgrade, Stewart made us very welcome and explained everything we needed to know, I would highly recommend using SIXT for my next stay in Adelaide well done Stewart.
The Toyota Camry is absolutely awesome.
