Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Barrow-in-Furness

Fantastic service..ordered a medium van a week in advance for a competitive price of £75 for 3 days, rang up and got a free pick up to take me to the shop, got a free upgrade to a large van. Friendly staff, the only negative is the fact that the excess is £1000 which in my opinion is ridiculous, or you can lower it for £25 a day

Very good service received from the team at Barrow Enterprise. Hired a van which was a good price and excellent condition. Staff were extremely friendly with no hard sell on extra insurance. Damage and return policies very clearly explained. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service. Staff were really friendly, especially Tom who went out of his way to make sure I understood everything. Super lovely and accommodating! Quick, easy service and was pleased with the car. Got dropped off at home when I returned the car no problem. Would recommend!

If I could give a 0 I would. Paid for a large car. Collection at 8am. When we got there. They didn't have a car for us until 12pm. We asked for a refund to be told it takes 14days to get our money back. So now we don't even have the money to jump on a train. My daughter is going to miss a very important hospital appointment because of this company!

Hidden £200 charge on collection, horrible staff!

I've never had a bad experience at any Enterprise branch. They've got the car hire experience right. At Barrow they were very cheerful and well organised. The car they provided was ideal.
I will always put Enterprise at the top of my search for var hire.
